Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ViewPortal application ("ViewPortal", the "App"), provided by Flavr Web Dev Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14994358). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

ViewPortal is a paid, one-time purchase. Upon purchase through the Apple App Store, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) published by Apple. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

2. What ViewPortal does

ViewPortal is a developer utility that loads websites you choose and renders them at simulated device viewport sizes for responsive-design testing. It uses Apple's WKWebView to display web content. ViewPortal does not modify, host or control any third-party website.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

• access, display or distribute content that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical limitations of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• interfere with or disrupt the App or any servers or networks connected to it.

4. Third-party websites and content

ViewPortal lets you load third-party websites. Those websites are operated by others and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party content, and your use of any third-party website is at your own risk.

5. Privacy

ViewPortal collects no personal data and contains no accounts, analytics or tracking. The web addresses you enter, your favourites and your preferences are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, name, logo and underlying software, is owned by Flavr Web Dev Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you; you receive only the licence described above.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the rendered output will exactly match any particular physical device. ViewPortal is a testing aid and is not a substitute for verification on real hardware where that matters to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Pricing and refunds

The App is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
